This product is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.
The Purchaser and/or end-user of any Horton’s products WAIVE AND FULLY RELEASE any owner, employee or agent of Hortons Qaulity K9 Equipment LLC or Horton’s from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense that the Purchaser and/or end-user may suffer as a result of the use of the Product due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence, gross negligence, breach of contract, or breach of any statutory or other duty of care.
Under no circumstances shall Horton’s Quality K9 Equipment LLC or Horton’s be held liable for any special, direct, incidental or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, the lose of life or limb, or damages due to the bodily or personal injury, which may arise or result from the use or misuse of Horton’s K9 Equipment.
The use of Body Bite Suits or K9 Equipment should be left to those who have been trained in the art of decoying and have an understanding of animal behavior as it applies to the Working Dog Community. All suits are specifically tailored and designed for the Purchaser and/or end-user of said equipment listed on the order form. The use of Horton’ Body Bite Suits or equipment is not intended for use by an un-trained decoy.
