Refund and Returns Policy


All products that are defective will be replaced at no cost to the purchaser.

All products can be returned for a merchandise credit or exchanged for a different product only!

Items must be in the same re-sellable condition upon return. Any signs of use, judged at the discretion of the Hortons, will not be accepted for return.

There are no refunds and purchaser must pay all the shipping costs associated with returns.

Please contact us by phone at 706-253-3303 for a return shipping authorization number prior to returning a product back to the Hortons.

No returns on any custom orders such as scratch pants, custom length leashes and collars, etc.

All items must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
